Spring Time....Or maybe not!

Just as I'm getting ready to have a baby and so excited for the nice warm weather, I look outside and what do I see...SNOW! Its practically April and it's snowing. Probably one last time just to freeze all the new buds on the trees!

A night of Baby sitting

Ben and I watched my niece Calli and nephew Tristen for a couple hours the other night while thier parents went to dinner. These are just a few pictures we took while they were over. They both love Ben....Ever since they met him they like him better than me ;( everytime they see me they say wheres Ben...or if we come together they go running to him screaming B-E-N! So unfair, I'm the one who changes thier diapers! ;)

BEFORE...Brick Fireplace, Orange carpet, and popcorn cieling.






AFTER... New carpet, wood floor, all new walls, Baseboards, and fresh paint!




Oh the Maroon isnt Paint...Just covering the window till we get curtians!

~Babies Room~

Here are some pictures of the babies room....painting it really was kindof a pain, and I wish we would have done a small stripe of pink, but with the wall hangings up it turned out really well. there is also a little bit of green in the bedding...when we finally name her we are going to hang pink and green letter blocks on the wall so that will be the finishing touch i guess!!!

~Baby Names~

Who would have thought that choosing a name for her would be so hard...We finally narrowed it down and I had basically made up my mind until...my husband found out one of his friends daughters is named the same thing......it really shouldnt matter I dont think, but I think it bothers my hubby, so I'm torn I really want this name, but I want him to want it to....what do I do?
